7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your package is damaged, lost, or stolen during transit, please contact us at info@astrovibestudios.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
In case of damaged items, please provide photographs of the packaging while opening the parcel for the very first time with label on it and the product to help us resolve the issue quickly.
