At Astro Vibe Studios, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  • Due to the sacred nature of shaligrams, returns are only accepted within 2 days of delivery.
  • An unpacking video of the product is a must for eligibility for returns and refunds to ensure that the product was not damaged by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom orders
  • Damaged items due to customer handling
  • Items that have been used or altered after delivery
  • Orders where the customer is not able to provide the unboxing or unpacking video. The unpacking video is a must for applying returns and refund.

2. Refunds

Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 2-3 working days at info@astrovibestudios.com.

4. Shipping

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
